Xiaomi HyperOS 4 is beginning its global rollout, bringing Android 17, a redesigned user interface, improved system performance, and expanded artificial intelligence capabilities to more than 80 smartphones and tablets across the Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO product lines. The update is scheduled to reach eligible devices in three phases, starting in early November 2026 and continuing through December.
The latest release marks a significant software upgrade for Xiaomi users, particularly those looking for a refreshed smartphone experience without purchasing a new device. Alongside visual changes, Xiaomi HyperOS 4 introduces improvements to application responsiveness, multitasking, memory management, and system-level AI features. The rollout covers recent flagship smartphones as well as selected mid-range and older models.
